• —"Agreement" refers to these Terms together with any engagement letter or client care documentation provided to you.

By using this website or enquiring about our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of another person or an estate, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

Use of this website does not, by itself, create a solicitor–client relationship. That relationship arises only upon the acceptance of a formal instruction and the issuing of an engagement letter.

moradokq provides inheritance law services in Bangkok, Thailand. Our services are described on this website and include Initial Inheritance Consultation, Will Drafting and Witnessing, and Comprehensive Estate Planning. Full details of each service, including scope and fees, are set out in the engagement letter provided when you instruct us.

We aim to offer services during our standard office hours. We reserve the right to decline any instruction at our discretion, and we will communicate any such decision promptly.

When using our website or instructing us, you agree to:

Our published service fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are set out on our services page. Specific payment arrangements, including timing and accepted methods, are confirmed in each engagement letter.

Fees paid for a completed Initial Inheritance Consultation are not refundable, as the time of the counsel has been committed. For Will Drafting and Estate Planning services, any fee variation arising from changes in scope will be discussed with you before work proceeds.

All fees are subject to applicable taxes and any disbursements incurred in the delivery of your matter.

Either party may terminate an instruction by written notice in accordance with the terms of the engagement letter. On termination, you remain responsible for fees accrued for work carried out up to the date of termination. We will return your documents and transfer your file in an orderly manner.

We reserve the right to restrict access to this website at any time without notice, where we have reason to believe these Terms have been breached.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of any dispute, we ask that you first contact us directly so that we may seek an informal resolution. If a matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

For professional complaints relating to our legal services, you may also have recourse to the Lawyers Council of Thailand in accordance with its procedures.

These Terms, together with any engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter they cover. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. No failure by either party to enforce any provision constitutes a waiver of the right to do so in future. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of this website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
