Our Services
Three services, clearly described, at fixed fees.
From a first conversation through to a coordinated estate plan, each service at moradokq is scoped precisely so you know what to expect before anything begins.
Return to HomeHow We Work
A consistent process across all three services
Every instruction at moradokq begins the same way: a listening session. Before any advice is offered, the counsel responsible for the file takes time to understand the full situation — the family composition, the assets involved, and what the client is hoping to put in place. This is not a formality. Inheritance arrangements depend entirely on specific detail, and the listening session is where that detail is gathered.
Written work is drafted fresh for each client and reviewed together before it is finalised. No document leaves the practice until the client has confirmed they are comfortable with every section. Fees are fixed at the outset and do not change.
Service 01
Initial Inheritance Consultation
A first meeting for clients who would like to talk through a long-term family matter at an unhurried pace before deciding whether any formal step is appropriate. The session covers a calm listening to the client's situation, a plain-language explanation of the relevant succession framework, and a short written note summarising the options available.
The note is the client's working document and may be kept on file regardless of whether the conversation continues into formal instruction. The meeting may take place in chambers or remotely if that is more convenient.
- Up to 90 minutes, in chambers or remote
- Plain-language explanation of succession framework
- Written summary note provided to client
- No obligation to proceed further

Service 02
Will Drafting and Witnessing
A patient service for clients who would like to put a clear written will in place, whether for the first time or as a careful update of an earlier document. The work covers a structured conversation about the client's wishes, drafting of the will in plain language, review of the draft with the client, and witnessing in accordance with the relevant local requirements.
Where the family situation suggests it, the will is accompanied by a short personal letter of explanation, drafted with the client, so the document is easier for relatives to read calmly at the relevant time.
- Structured conversation about wishes and family situation
- Plain-language will drafted from scratch
- Witnessed in accordance with Thai law
- Optional personal letter of explanation for the family
- Draft reviewed line by line before signing
How it proceeds
Initial meeting to discuss your situation and wishes
First draft prepared and sent for review
Review meeting to go through the draft together
Final will signed and witnessed in chambers
Service 03
Comprehensive Estate Plan
A comprehensive service for clients who would like a coordinated written plan covering will, supporting documents, and ongoing arrangements for property and family responsibilities. The work covers a written inventory of the client's current position, a structured conversation about long-term priorities, drafting of the will and any supporting documents, and a short annual review schedule.
The plan is the client's working framework, designed to support long-term family calm rather than to fix any single configuration in place. Documents are written so that sections can be updated individually without reworking the whole.
- Written estate inventory prepared at the outset
- Will and all supporting documents drafted
- Annual review schedule included at no extra charge
- Plan designed for gradual updating as circumstances change
- Cross-border considerations noted where relevant
